Randy’s Spanish BBQ dry rub recipe




This excellent BBQ spice rub has the flavors brings the flavors of smoked paprika and fennel to your grill. This one is great on Salmon, Chicken, and Steaks. Our favorite is on Salmon, with a Chipotle Mojo de Ajo Sauce and sweet Langostinos. Check this rub out on a nice New York Strip with our homemade Steak Sauce.

6 tablespoons smoked sweet Spanish paprika

2 tablespoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon Coleman’s ground mustard

5 teaspoons ground fennel seed

4 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper

1 tablespoon kosher salt.

Combine all and store in a air tight container.
