Grilling pork chops recipes are a favorite...how about : ala Lucy (Asian) style-Rainee’s family recipe

Heritage Pork Hearst Quality $74 Free Shipping

Grilling pork chops this way is one of those recipes that has been around as long as we can remember- or at least Rainee can remember. It was made by Rainee's Chinese step mother ( a good step mom :) ) and was a favorite for us all. There would be a big pile of these chops on the plate and we would eat them until we were so stuffed we "surrendered". Today, the tradition carries on for our family and is strangely familiar to the Hawaiian/Korean BBQed pork. We are forever grateful to Lucy's cooking!

Today, the tradition carries on for our family and is strangely familiar to the Hawaiian/Korean BBQed pork so often served here in Hawaii...

3/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce
3 Garlic cloves
1 T Sesame oil
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 T Brown sugar

Combine all these ingredients in a large ziplock baggie ( or container) with at least six chops and marinate for at least two hours, preferably four hours. No longer than six hours.

Light up your grill and cook these completely through to well done. All crispy and flavorful.

Serve with rice and a nice fresh vegetable, like sugar snaps, broccoli or peas.

We hope you enjoy these as much as we have !
