Traditional Steak Rub Recipe

This steak rub recipe has fantastic flavor and is sublime on Rib Eye steaks. It does not have much chile but relies on the smoked paprika for imparting the smoky flavors. Check it out! And be sure to make extra to keep in your spice cabinet to make a future quick grilled steak dinner.

3 Tablespoons Kosher Salt

1 Tablespoon Granulated Garlic

1 Tablespoon Onion Powder

1 Tablespoon Coarse Ground Black Pepper

2 Teaspoons Smoked Spanish Paprika

1 Teaspoon Ground Coriander

1 Teaspoon Ancho Chile powder

½ Teaspoon Dry Mustard Powder

Mix all ingredients and store in a dry place. Season steaks or chops liberally and allow to sit an hour before grilling.

Enjoy! And if you would like to share your favorite recipe with us, we would LOVE to hear from you! Just contact us anytime.
