Our Italian Recipe for Baby Back Ribs

This Italian recipe for grilled baby back ribs has classic flavors, the herbaceous Rosemary, oregano and marjoram with the aromatic fennel and garlic. Reminiscent of Italian sausages but with the less fatty and more pronounced grilled rib flavor. Another great thing about this recipe is that it is full of anti-oxidants.

So when you are in the mood for some different baby back ribs, check this out! 4 servings

2 racks of pork baby back ribs, skinned

4 tablespoons olive oil

Randy's Italian Rub

Season up the ribs well with the Italian Rub

Grill up the ribs with indirect heat for around an hour and a half, until tender and they bend readily.

These ribs are great just off the grill or if you would like to dress them up, make a reduction of balsamic vinegar and drizzle it over just prior to serving. A nice pasta with marinara sauce and Grill Roasted Artichoke Recipe and your dinner will be Molto Bene!
