Randy's Spicy Chicken and Poultry Rub

This poultry rub is especially good for your white fleshed birds. Great for chicken, game hens and turkey. Nice and simple, sprinkle it on the birds oil 'em up and grill 'em. No fowl here, all pun intended.

This makes a good sized batch to have on hand for your easy chicken and poultry grilling.

4 tablespoons ground mustard

2 tablespoons ground black pepper

6 tablespoons kosher salt

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 tablespoons ground sage

4 tablespoons smoked sweet paprika

1 tablespoon ground tumeric * optional

4 teaspoons ancho chile powder

2 teaspoons ground cumin

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine all and store in an air tight container.
