Three Peppercorn Steak Rub

This steak rub recipe is fabulous on steaks and chops. It is a great classic steakhouse flavors! While this is listed for steaks and chops, it is good on anything that you want a good peppery flavor in, or as an ingredient in marinades. Make double this do keep in your pantry to have ready for another day of simple grilling.

2 Tablespoons Black Peppercorns

2 Tablespoons White Peppercorns

2 Tablespoons Green Peppercorns

1 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds

2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder

2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt

Place all in a spice grinder and grind to your desired texture. Not too fine though, I like it pretty course for bold flavor.
