Argentine recipes will have your tastebuds doing the Tango! A wonderful start is the Chimichurri Verde sauce




We love the bold flavors of Argentine recipes with all the Latin American influences along the way. We will start with an all time Argentine favorite,the Chimichurri sauce. It has a great garlicky herbaceous bite, love it.

Chimichurri Verde

1 cup Flat Leaf Parsley

1 Cup Cilantro Leaves

3 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano

4 Cloves Garlic

2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 Fire Roasted Grilled Red Bell Pepper cut 1/4 dice

1 Tablespoon Red Chile Flakes (optional)

Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a food processor place the garlic and fresh herbs in the mixing bowl.Pulse a couple of times to chop, add vinegar run pouring olive oil in a thin streamslowly to incorporate. Pour into bowl add peppers, adjust salt and pepper and chill for one hour.

Pull out 1 hour prior to serving.
